FluffaloCon Code of Conduct 

General Statement

FluffaloCon (the Event) strives to ensure a welcoming environment for all attendees. The rules below are intended for all Event attendees and chat participants to follow and refer to this as a guide if/when needed.

Drama

Drama of any kind is not tolerated in the group or at the Event. Drama includes (but is not limited to):

• Spreading of rumors or false/misleading information
• Political Drama (ex. disagreements about sensitive topics)
• Financial Drama (ex. Self-promotion that wasn't approved by Event staff)
• Personal Drama (ex. Calling people out. If you have a problem with someone, raise your concerns to Event staff, not to the entire group)

Harassment

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. If you are being harassed during the Event or on a social media platform run by the Event, bring it to the attention of Event staff immediately. Topics for harassment that you should look out for and report if you see it are (but are not limited to):

• Political Views
• Sexuality
• Gender
• Race and Ethnicity
• Heritage
• Religion

NSFW Content

NSFW content is strictly prohibited at our Event. Examples of NSFW content are (but are not limited to):

• Nudity
• Revealing content
• Suggestive content
• Links to NSFW websites or content in the convention social media
• Fetish gear such as leather, chains, whips, pup masks, or revealing clothes are not allowed at our family-friendly convention

Solicitation and Self-Promotion

Soliciting or promoting material unaffiliated with the Event without prior admin permission is prohibited. If in doubt, please ask an admin first! Examples include (but are not limited to):

• A personal social media post unrelated to the Event
• A group chat unaffiliated with the Event
• A fundraiser for an entity the Event is not partnered with
• Selling items at the Event without being approved as a dealer

Two Strikes Policy

FluffaloCon has a “Two Strikes, You’re Out” policy. The first infraction is a warning and/or a possible temporary ban. Any further offense, you will be banned. If the offense is severe enough, con staff reserve the right to ban any person(s) involved and can ban you at any time. All decisions are final. Blocking an Administrator of the Event on our social platforms will result in exclusion from our Event and associated platforms.
